There will be $100 REFUNDABLE Cash Deposit required in order to obtain a bidder's number.
PAYMENT / TERMS
All purchases MUST BE PAID THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. Cash, or cashier's check will be accepted. Company or personal checks must be accompanied by a letter of guarantee from your bank to Mulrooney Auction Company. Credit cards accepted. (VISA/MC) No merchandise will be removed until complete settlement is made. A 12% handling fee will be added to all items. 2% discounts for cash.
SALES TAX / DETAILS
Local state tax will be charged on every item sold. If you are tax exempt, "you must" bring a copy of your tax exemption permit, or resale number or you will be charged sales tax.

Smog certification, safety check and DMV registration fees may be required of all gas powered highway vehicles upon registration. Processing of DMV titles may require a minimum of 20 days from the day of sale.
